Due to their recent new business expansion, they are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their diversified and passionate team based in Hong Kong.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will be in charge of full cycle recruitment activities for the group. Being the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be managing front line, back office, graduates hiring initiatives while acting as a competent business partner to internal clients. While being creative in identifying candidates sourcing channels, you will also provide active market insights, research and trends to ensure a consistent candidate pipeline for individual business units. You will advise on employee ordinance, compliance and also partner with other departments on ad-hoc recruiting projects.

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate should have at least 6+ years of solid recruiting experiences gained from an in-house environment, preferably from a Retail, FMCG or Hospitality background. Open minded, creative, passionate in bringing out the best in people and working in a closely engaged team-based environment. Great communication and presentation skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
