About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be leading a team of six consists of experienced Recruitment Managers and Senior HR Officers. As the Senior TA Manager, you will partner closely with internal clients, stakeholders and individual hiring managers to ensure efficiency and quality are in place for existing recruitment process. You will act as a brand ambassador to represent the corporate image in front of internal employees and external candidates, while assessing and screening potential candidates for the business. You will manage overall group recruitment activities including recruiting KPIs, turnover, and budgeting reports.

Who are we looking for?
As the successful candidate, you will have at least 10 years of HR related experience with a particular focus in Talent Acquisition. Your recruitment experience should be from an in-house environment, preferably from sizeable MNCs or conglomerate giant. You are observant, switched-on, detail minded and always willing to go an extra mile for better business results. Candidate should also be fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
