Company Overview

Our client is a Listed Multinational Company in the hospitality and servicing industry. They have a well established reputation globally and active business operating across multiple regions. Due to internal promotions and growth, they are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Manager to take lead in their L&D organisation based in Hong Kong.

 

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Head of Human Resources, you will take lead in the Learning & Development function while leading a sizeable team. As the Sr. L&D Manager, you will define the learning roadmap for developing core capabilities across multiple functions within the business. Partner closely with country heads to understand and design the delivery of L&D solutions according to local needs. This role will create a learning and sharing culture while being creative to utilise internal support in order to facilitate growth for individual employees.

Who are we looking for?

As the successful candidate, you will have at least 10 years of relevant HR experiences, specialising in L&D gained from sizeable corporations. Having a seasoned background in training, learning and development, you will be detail-minded, creative and structured while having a strong passion in talent development. Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English is also required for this position.
