Opportunity Overview
Our client is an International Enterprise with a sizable team located in Hong Kong and more than 20 offices around the world. As the team grows, they are currently looking for an Assistant HR Manager to join their Hong Kong HQ HR team overseeing an international scope of work not limited to APAC, Europe and North America.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will take on full responsibilities including business partnering, employee relations, high-level C&B analysis and talent acquisition and international mobility program of the business. You will act as the key point of coordination at the HQ to manage various remote offices by providing close advices and quarterly HR strategies. By partnering with various business lines, you will handle the company’s mobility program not limited to internal transfer, visa applications, executives’ relocations and rotations.

Who are we looking for?
As the successful candidate, you will have at least 6 years’ of solid Regional HR experiences gained from well known MNCs or sizable conglomerates. You should have a specialized knowledge in Mobility but not limited to C&B, Recruitment and Talent Management. You are thoughtful, detail oriented with a passion in working with partners around the globe. Great communication and presentation skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must.
