Operation Excellence, Manager

Responsibilities
Lead the regular review exercise of the company policies and procedures;Ensure the strategic directions and comments from the senior management are timely updated and implemented in the operations;Liaise with different stakeholders to ascertain business activities, operational flows and guidelines comply with the prescribed policies and procedures;Keep abreast of projects’ updates, business development initiatives and risk exposure for continuous risk assessment and reporting;Responsible for the development of training materials and in-house training so as to drive operation excellence;Work within departments to ensure reporting on key deliverables, outstanding actions and significant issues are conveyed in a timely manner;Handle ad hoc assignments as requested by Senior Management; andFoster strong partnerships with all the stakeholders


Requirements

Degree holder in business related / project management / training disciplines;Independent, self-motivated, proactive and good interpersonal and influence skills;Strong business acumen and excellent analytical and reporting skills;At least 8 years’ working experience in a change environment with proven ability to deliver successful projects;Excellent organization skills, to plan the use of resources to meet deadlines;Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment;Ability to create and maintain good working relationship with all levels of staff; Excellent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
