Our client is an International Trading Company with rapid growth for the recent years. They are a well known business brand in the region, with a strong reputation in employer branding, benefits and engagement. Due to business needs, they are looking for an Assistant HR Manager to join their top tier HR Team located in Hong Kong.

 

About the Role

Reporting to the HR Senior Manager, you will be having ownership for one of the business units within the group and handle full spectrum of HR related activities including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Training, C&B and Talent Management. You will partner closely with senior leaderships and department heads on initiatives across Talent Acquisition and Management, Performance Review, Annual Salary Review and HR Projects. Your role will be an influential ambassador of the business, while you are empowered to challenge the status quo to make magic happens!

Who are we looking for?

As the successful candidate, you will have 6+ years’ of experience in HR Business Partnering or HR Generalist background. Preferably having solid HR experiences gained from sizable corporation or MNC Giants. You will have a strong business acumen, articulated and confident presentation skills. A passion in people and business partnering. Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is required.
